About

Growing up in a rural farm family here in central Texas, I was taught the value of hard work at an early age. I benefitted from a dad who empowered me to work on my own, supported me through the many sports activities, and faithfully served in the local community.  By focusing on the timeless values that he instilled in me I was able to grow and thrive in my 25-year career doing global marketing, customer engagement, and project management at Dell Technologies. 

During my time at Dell, I excelled at engaging with sales teams and customers, facilitating professional development, and leading marketing teams around the world. My wife and I were married the week after I started at Dell and together, we have raised two boys whom we are greatly proud of. 

As a Maxwell Certified Team Member, I am looking forward to engaging with business leaders to grow in their leadership skills.  My passion and calling to learn, serve, and coach business professionals to apply and adapt these principles to their work and life is what fuels my desire to help others grow and thrive in their leadership skills.
